Beloved Health & Rehab is hiring a full-time LPN for Monday–Thursday night shift —perfect for nurses who want consistency, a strong team, and more time off.
4 nights per week (Mon–Th) – enjoy 3-day weekends every week

• Consistent schedule – no rotating shifts
• What You’ll Do As an LPN on our night shift team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for:

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor residents and report changes in condition
Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care
Assist with admissions, discharges, and overnight needs
Maintain compliance with facility policies and HIPAA standards
? Active Missouri LPN license (required)
Experience in long-term care or rehab is a plus, but not required.
