Employment Type: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

Starting Wage: $20.52 per hour

Provide direct support and personal care, including hygiene, bathing, grooming, toileting, oral care, dressing, and personal safety.

• Promote independence by teaching and supporting self-help and social skills.
• Ensure safety and well-being at all times; report concerns of abuse, neglect, or mistreatment immediately.
• Implement support plans (SAP, IPOP, BSP, PONS) and document progress in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Support individuals in community activities, social relationships, and meaningful experiences.
• Complete required training and maintain certifications (SCIP-R, First Aid/CPR, medication certification if applicable).
• Provide coverage at alternate program sites as needed.

No prior experience required-paid training provided.

• Basic computer skills for documentation in EHR.
• Must meet Lifetime Assistance's Vehicle Operator Requirements.
