IMMEDIATE HIRE FOR REGISTERED NURSE / RN SHIFT CARE

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Tele
Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend, every other holiday required.
Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 8 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Requirements:

License: Must have NJ or Compact RN license at the time of submission
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent MST experience
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH
EMR System: Cerner
Vaccination Requirement: Flu vaccine required (no declinations accepted)
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the float pool, adapting to various units as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery plans.
Compliance / Notes:

~ Effective immediately, any RN who calls off a scheduled shift is required to make up the missed shift within the same week. Overtime to accommodate make-up shifts is not permitted. If the shift cannot be made up within the same week, the assignment end date will be extended to include the missed shift(s).
