The Corporate Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of human resources strategies, programs, and initiatives that support the organization's business objectives. This position serves as a strategic business partner to corporate and operational leadership, providing expertise in employee relations, talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, compensation, compliance, and change management.
The Corporate Human Resources Manager collaborates closely with leadership teams to ensure consistent application of HR policies, legal compliance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness while fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
Strategic HR Leadership

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
Lead HR initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Employee Relations
Lead and support employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.
Promote positive employee relations and an inclusive workplace culture.
Talent Management and Development
Support performance management processes, goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planning activities.
Support employee engagement and recognition programs.
HR Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations.
Oversee HR compliance programs including EEO, affirmative action, record retention, audits, accommodations, and policy administration.
Support internal and external audits related to human resources practices.
Assist with salary planning, market benchmarking, incentive programs, and pay equity initiatives.
Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management
Lead organizational change initiatives and support business transformation efforts.
Develop and implement communication strategies for HR programs and organizational changes.
Promote continuous improvement within HR processes and service delivery.
HR Systems and Analytics
Utilize HR information systems and workforce analytics to drive organizational decisions.
Develop reports and metrics to monitor workforce trends and HR program effectiveness.
Build, mentor, and develop HR team members.
Establish performance expectations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative, customer-focused HR function.
Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.
8-10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.

• Minimum 5 years of HR leadership or management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and HR compliance.
• Labor relations and union experience preferred, where applicable.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and influencing skills.
Demonstrated change management experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
