Job Description Join Our Cardiac Progressive Care Team as a Registered Nurse We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to become a vital part of our Cardiac Progressive Care unit. In this position, you will deliver direct, evidence-based care to adult patients with cardiac conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage complex cardiac conditions.

Administer medications as prescribed.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute personalized care plans.

Assess patient conditions and respond to any changes effectively.

Educate patients and their families about care and health management.

Facilitate safe discharge processes for patients.

Qualifications and Requirements

Current Registered Nurse license.

Experience in cardiac care is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
