We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Logistics Supervisor to join our thriving eCommerce team in the Engineering industry. This role is designed for a skilled professional who is passionate about operations management, shipping, freight, and materials. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse operations, from receiving to shipping. Overseeing the end-to-end logistics operations, including receiving, warehousing, shipping, and distribution.

Managing and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.

Implementing and maintaining warehouse management systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Ensuring all shipments comply with national and international laws and regulations.

Overseeing freight and transportation arrangements, ensuring goods are delivered on time and in excellent condition.

Implementing health and safety procedures in the warehouse, ensuring compliance among staff.

Training, supervising, and evaluating staff performance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Proven experience in warehouse management, shipping, receiving, freight, and operations management.

Proficiency in warehouse management systems and databases.

A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
