Accounting/Bookkeeper - Immediate Hire

Looking for a hands-on accounting role where you can make an immediate impact? Louis to hire a Full Charge Bookkeeper . This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the expectation of becoming a permanent employee for the right person.
You'll work directly with company leadership, own the day-to-day accounting function, and play a key role in supporting multiple areas of the business. Manage full cycle accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Maintain the general ledger, account reconciliations, journal entries, and accrual-based accounting
Process payroll using ADP
Partner with the company's external CPA on financial reporting, month-end close, and tax support
Support accounting for multiple business units, including sales, service, and inventory
Assist with employee onboarding, basic HR administration, and other operational projects as needed
5+ years of full cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience

• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and account reconciliations
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs and PivotTables
• ADP payroll experience
