Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy approaches to help them reach their functional objectives

Partner with Interdisciplinary Professionals: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver well-rounded, integrated care

Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide valuable instruction to patients and caregivers on therapy practices that facilitate ongoing progress at home

Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatments as required, ensuring patients stay on their journey to recovery

A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) credentials are mandatory

Creative problem-solving abilities to adapt therapy plans to meet diverse patient needs

Consistent full-time schedule featuring flexible shift options
