Outpatient Orthopedic Surgery Clinic Registered Nurse (RN)

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Offers Accepted by May 31, 2026. Our amazing team at the Outpatient Orthopedic Surgery Clinic is looking for a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join us! This is a unique and exciting opportunity to advance your career in a specialized role where you will coordinate care for patients from intake through surgery. You will work closely with the orthopedic surgery team, supporting surgeons across our Short Pump, Downtown, and Stony Point Clinics.

Coordinate patient care from pre-op through post-op, ensuring a seamless surgical experience.

Provide expert-level, age-specific nursing care based on medical orders and multidisciplinary treatment plans.

Accurately document patient care, assessments, and responses to treatment.

Serve as an Orthopedic Surgery Support Nurse, offering specialized expertise in orthopedic patient care.

Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, recovery, and ongoing care.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote patient wellness and injury prevention.

Active RN license in Virginia

All RN's must enroll and complete a BSN program within 5 years

Previous experience in orthopedic, perioperative, or surgical nursing is a plus

Work in a dynamic outpatient setting with no weekends, nights or holidays!
