Senior Water Resources Engineering
Jobtailor
Develop, grow, and lead the Central Texas Water Resources practice, building expertise in hydrology, hydraulics, conveyance, storage, groundwater, and water/wastewater treatment.
Serve as Senior Project Manager or Project Principal on major water resources projects, providing technical oversight.
Partner with Parkhill’s Marketing and Business Development teams to create and execute a regional business development plan aligned with the Civil Engineering division strategy.
Collaborate across office locations to leverage Parkhill’s collective water resources expertise.
Mentor staff, ensuring consistent application of Parkhill’s keystone habits and technical excellence.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.
Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE) in Texas.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Water Resources and/or water/wastewater treatment.
Detailed understanding of engineering project management methods with the ability to plan a project from start to finish, considering time, cost, and resources.
Experience working with state, regional, and/or public agencies – municipalities, water districts, river authorities, counties, and/or state agencies.
Expert level knowledge of environmental regulations and workplace safety regulations.
Strong technical expertise in hydrology, hydraulics, water/wastewater, and related civil engineering solutions.
Excellent analytical skills to evaluate observations and design a system that will withstand the elements on the installation site.
