Job Description Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in our Worcester, MA market! This position offers the flexibility to create your own schedule while working approximately 30+ hours per week and earning $17.00-$19.00 per hour. No merchandising experience? Regular availability for travel throughout the territory is essential.Job Duties:Travel independently throughout an assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service designated store locations.Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays to enhance product visibility and presentation.Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and ensure products are fully stocked and customer-ready.Partner with store personnel to assess inventory levels, recommend replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed.Serve as a product expert by providing knowledgeable support to store associates and customers, answering questions, and sharing product information.Maintain a professional presence while representing both Signature Retail Services and our client partners in store.Minimum Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United StatesLive within approximately 30 minutes of the assigned territory.Proof of a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between assigned store locations throughout the route.Possess a smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access to support daily communication and reporting requirements.Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required.
