Job Description Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program: you will be enticing each walk by customer with free products so that he or she will be inclined to come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase. You will be using AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to get the walk by customer to the Cellairis counter. You will persuade and encourage the customer to show us their broken phone, receive a repair quote and or join our mailing list by offering free products. Your job is to make them aware of these special offers, entice and drive them to our store.
Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients
Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers
Previous Work Experience Retail experience recommended but not required: All employees share in and have the responsibility for enforcing this policy.
