Budtender - Part Time/Weekend Shift

$Paid Training; In this Part-Time Budtender role, you will be trained to provide sales service to our customers in the “front of the house” all while upholding excellence in compliance and retail experience. More than just retail, you will represent our company and play a crucial part in our commitment to creating safe and enriching experiences.

Provide a memorable customer experience by welcoming all guests with a warm and “eager to serve” approach, educating them on options and recommending products that meet their needs, processing/cashing out their orders and inviting them to return

Ensure sales floor is properly stocked and store presence is well‑maintained

Consistently communicate and collaborate with team members, supervisors and general managers to ensure retail store operations run smoothly and aligned with our mission

Follow retail store operations and compliance guidelines including verification protocols, proper documentation, and safety measures

Assist with delivery operations which might include delivering product(s) to customers

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

High school diploma or equivalent; Prior experience in an inventory, customer service, retail or sales role is preferred

High level of aptitude with POS systems, databases & other tech hard/software

Desire to continuously learn (more) about cannabis, cannabinoids and the endocannabinoid system, and cannabis therapies - previous knowledge a HUGE plus!

Employees will frequently operate a computer and/or other machinery. The person in this position frequently communicates with staff members, leadership and customers and must be able to exchange accurate information in various types of customer service, employee relations, business, and/or retail situations.

The position requires work at irregular hours, e.g. nights and weekends, overtime, alternating shifts.
