Head of Compliance Operations (Remote)

Join Maximus in an exciting leadership opportunity as an Operations Manager supporting the Missouri Surge Support project in a fully remote role.
In this high-impact position, you will lead and develop multiple Supervisor teams while driving operational excellence across Medicaid Application and Annual Renewals. You will oversee performance for up to six Supervisor teams and approximately 120 Eligibility Specialists, leveraging data-driven insights to analyze trends, manage key project metrics, prepare and present results to internal and external stakeholders, resolve escalations, address performance gaps, and implement continuous improvement strategies. Must have Missouri Surge Support Project working experience
Ensure project compliance with all operational requirements of the contract as well as corporate policies.
Manage all project tasks to ensure cost-effective operations.
Supervise subcontractors that provide services to programs.
Oversee audits of operations.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in collaboration with other key stakeholders.
Oversee the development and implementation of innovative methodologies to improve service levels and overall operation efficiency.
Collaborate with other functional areas to ensure compliance.
Monitor performance against key indicators established internally or by the client(s).
Develop performance goals and objectives for staff and monitor achievement of those goals.
Bachelors degree in relevant field of study and 5 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be willing and able to work a shift between the hours of 8:00am-5:30pm CST, Monday - Friday.

Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or RJ-45 connection for wired network connection to home router (no mobile hotspots).
