Director Of Guest Services
The Director of Guest Services at Hilton Mystic plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service quality. This individual will oversee the daily operations of our guest services team which includes the Front Office and Recreation team and will assist in providing a seamless and elevated experience for all guests while ensuring our guest programming is flawless and up to date, and our lobby, hotel entrance and public spaces are maintained.
Lead and manage the Front Office team with assistance from Assistant Front Desk Manager
Ensure programming calendar is updated and maintained.
Minimum 5 years in hotel management position
Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations
Ability to work a varied schedule that includes weekends, holidays and evenings
