Director Capital Markets

Employment Type : Fulltime

15+ years in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services.

Strong understanding of Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, Trade Lifecycle, Market Data, Bloomberg, Refinitiv/LSEG, ICE, FactSet, Broadridge, Murex, Calypso, FIS, or Finastra.
Lead strategic transformation programs across Trading, Risk, Operations, Market Data, and Regulatory Reporting.
Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineering teams to define and deliver target-state platforms.
Drive modernization initiatives leveraging APIs, Cloud, AI/GenAI, Data Platforms, and workflow automation.
Lead vendor and fintech evaluations, platform implementations, and system integrations.
Manage executive stakeholders, budgets, governance, and program delivery.
Experience leading large-scale transformation, product, or consulting engagements.
Working knowledge of API platforms, Cloud, Data Architecture, AI/GenAI, and enterprise integration.
Strong stakeholder management and program leadership skills.
