Executive Director, Global Strategic Marketing - Fabry

PTC Therapeutics seeks an Executive Director of Global Strategic Marketing to lead pre-launch planning and commercialization strategy for a Fabry disease therapy. The role involves developing global marketing strategies, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving commercial success across regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies and tactics for Fabry disease product
- Lead cross-functional teams across regions to align on strategic direction and messaging
- Create global communication platform including positioning, messaging, and creative campaigns
- Design and implement educational initiatives to increase disease awareness and patient identification
- Ensure country alignment on marketing strategies and monitor execution performance
Requirements
- 10+ years global marketing and strategic functions experience
- Track record launching competitive products in rare disease markets
- Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's or MBA preferred
- Demonstrated success developing and executing brand plans for orphan drugs
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in matrixed environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with adaptability
- Experience collaborating with patient organizations
Compensation: $242,600–$305,400 base salary
