Overview:Jet Industries is seeking a talented Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation of electrical distribution equipment, services, and panels. You will also troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, lighting, and devices. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive wages based on experience.Competitive wages based on experienceAffordable Medical/Vision & Dental coverage for you and your family.Retirement Program 401K Matching (3%)Paid Holidays (6 Days) and PTOEmployer-paid life and AD&D insuranceA diverse internal training program, Jet University, is available to the teamEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Installation of electrical distribution equipment, services, and panelsInstallation of in-ground conduitsInstallation of lighting and lighting control systemsInstallations of wiring, including but not limited to NMB, MC, single conductor cable, and conduit (EMT, PVC, and rigid) systemsInstallation of low-voltage systemsTroubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, lighting, and devicesRead complex blueprints, piping, sketches, schematics, and wiring diagramsOperates a variety of equipment, such as hand tools and diagnostic hardwareOperates various measuring, diagnostic, and testing instrumentsInstall or repair electrical connections to HVAC componentsMinimum Qualifications and Experience:3 years of experience in commercial/multi-family new constructionBasic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively.
