Recruiter - Human Resources Recruiting - Full Time
$27 - $33 per hourLHH
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruiting Sourcer to support talent acquisition initiatives by identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. This role partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, attract top talent, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across a variety of positions.

Conduct proactive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Perform candidate outreach through email, messaging, networking, and other sourcing channels.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted sourcing plans.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track sourcing activity, pipeline metrics, and recruiting progress to support reporting and workforce planning.
Support employer branding initiatives and engage passive candidates to generate interest in opportunities.
Perform additional duties and special projects to support talent acquisition objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related role.
Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software platforms.
Experience supporting recruiting efforts within engineering, construction, technical, manufacturing, or corporate environments.
Strong talent identification and networking skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
