The qualified Recruitment Coordinator has at least 2 years of coordinator experience and is a raving fan of the Trader Joe's concept. A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred. This role is based in our office in Monrovia, CA and we have an in office expectation of 5 days a week. The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for: Schedule and manage interviews, both virtual and in person, across multiple time zones ensuring a seamless candidate experience Respond to Crew Members and candidates via phone and email concerning various aspects of recruiting including application questions and troubleshooting Perform routine tasks in applicant tracking system (Avature) Coordinate required onboarding events and session across multiple departments Manage and direct relocation with candidate and vendors Working collaboratively with other departments. The Recruitment Coordinator has: 2-3 years in a fast-paced role involving scheduling, administration, coordination, or customer-facing communication Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems, Avature and Dayforce are a plus High comfort level with Microsoft Office Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalism Detail oriented and organized, with experience following procedures and improving workflows A four year degree is strongly preferred Trader Joe's is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to hiring a diverse Crew. #J-18808-Ljbffr Trader Joe's
