Litigation Law Paralegal

LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Orlando, Florida. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters involving construction defect, construction litigation, insurance recovery, and related commercial disputes.

The ideal candidate is a proactive legal professional who enjoys managing complex cases, and can effectively support attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle.

Provide comprehensive litigation support from case initiation through resolution and trial.

Prepare, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and discovery materials.

Oversee document management, productions, and discovery coordination.

Track case deadlines, court schedules, and litigation calendars.

Maintain accurate and well-organized case files while ensuring compliance with court procedures and deadlines.

Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting.

Background supporting construction litigation, construction defect, insurance defense, or other complex civil litigation matters.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
