Registered Nurse for Night Shift in Lake Charles, LAJoin our passionate team of healthcare professionals committed to providing exceptional patient care and fostering a supportive environment.Delivers optimal patient care to patients requiring Skilled Nursing and/or rehabilitation nursing care for general medical and post-surgical conditions.Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of careCompletes all documents timelyAssure compliance with local, state and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigationQualifications:Current, unrestricted Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license requiredMust have current CPR CertificationCompassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with great time management skillsMake a difference in the lives of others — and your own — with Sage Specialty Hospital (LTAC).
