I’m currently recruiting for a well-established, privately owned small animal hospital in Allen, North Dallas , which is looking to add an experienced Associate Veterinarian to its growing team.
This could be an especially exciting opportunity if you have a passion for soft tissue surgery and want the mentorship, equipment and clinical freedom to take your surgical caseload to the next level.

Experienced support team with excellent staff retention
Generous appointment times — generally 45 minutes , rather than a high-volume, compressed schedule
Protected daily time for records, callbacks and clinical administration
The owner is a highly experienced surgeon with extensive experience across soft tissue and other surgical procedures and is genuinely interested in mentoring another veterinarian who wants to grow their surgical skills .

The schedule is designed to give you time to provide thoughtful, high-quality medicine rather than simply rushing through appointments.
2 hours of protected daily administrative/clinical time
Shorter midweek day when working a Saturday
No on-call or overnight work
Closed on major holidays
3 weeks PTO + additional flexibility
Birthday off
Negotiable CE budget, including advanced training
