• As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. You will work closely with residents, families, physicians, and fellow healthcare professionals to promote comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Provide nursing treatments including wound care, catheterization, oxygen therapy, and other skilled nursing interventions
Monitor resident conditions and report significant changes
Respond promptly to resident call systems and emergencies
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Communicate resident status updates with families and healthcare providers
Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
Participate in continuing education and in-service training programs
Current Florida LPN License in good standing
Minimum of 6 months nursing experience preferred
Experience in senior care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing is a plus
