Head of Client Services

Position Overview Directs staff of Service Department in branch to provide quality service to all customers.

Job Responsibilities Directs, monitors, and motivates staff of the branch service department to provide quality service to all customers.

Provides continued, up-to-date training of branch service and sales personnel.

Responds to customer complaints.

Contacts pending cancellations in an attempt to retain account.

Maintains current awareness of number of customers remaining to be serviced in the month.

Maintains inventory.

Job Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Knowledge of dry chemicals and pesticides.

Use of legs and/or arms to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, etc., Exposure to hazardous physical conditions, chemical exposure, fumes, dust, mold, gases, and confined spaces. Must meet visual acuity requirements for detail oriented tasks and operating motor vehicles. Must be able to meet or pass medical certifying and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
