We're hiring a Dental Hygienist who wants a four-day workweek, meaningful patient care, and the opportunity to earn well above average through a proven production-based pay structure.
You'll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on preventive care, patient education, and collaboration with an experienced dental team. Four-day workweek, no Fridays or weekends

• 6-8 patients per day for quality-focused care
• Many hygienists earn the equivalent of $50+ per hour when production is factored in
• You are a licensed Dental Hygienist in South Carolina
• You're comfortable documenting care and collaborating with dentists
• You value balance, consistency, and performance-based income

• Production bonus: 30% of production when averaging $250 per patient
