Bartender Position at AC Hotel Dallas

As a Bartender at AC Hotel Dallas, you will craft exceptional beverage experiences that complement the hotel's modern, European-inspired atmosphere. This role is responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while creating a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and encouraged to return. Successful candidates are passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about beverage preparation, and committed to delivering outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar, lounge, and restaurant guests.

Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking beverage and food orders while providing attentive service.

Assess guest preferences and make thoughtful recommendations based on individual tastes.

Mix, garnish, and serve classic and specialty cocktails according to established recipes and quality standards.

Create innovative drink offerings while maintaining consistency and presentation standards.

Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all applicable alcohol service laws and regulations.

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible beverage service.

Restock and replenish bar supplies, liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and other inventory as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout service.

Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience preferred.

Knowledge of cocktail preparation, liquor, wine, and beer service.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Must meet all local and state requirements for alcohol service certification.
