Role Overview
As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to seniors by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) , document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key responsibilities. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Key qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED , age 18+, and CPR/First Aid certification (or the ability to obtain). Essential skills involve compassion, reliability, and effective communication . The role offers paid training, career growth opportunities, and a competitive pay range.
