TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Zanesville, Ohio, 43701!

Registered Nurse – Comprehensive Medical Unit (Med-Surg)
Contract | Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | 36 Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend Required
Provide direct patient care on a Comprehensive Medical-Surgical unit with a primary focus on general medical patients
Float as needed between related units including Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarder areas
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
Document all patient care activities accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or compact eligibility
Minimum 3 years of current and recent Telemetry and/or Step-Down nursing experience
Demonstrated ability to independently read and interpret telemetry (competency will be assessed on day one)
Proficiency in Epic EMR is required prior to start — no on-site refresher training or one-on-one orientation for Epic will be provided
Experience floating across multiple Med-Surg specialty units (e.g., Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation)
