Recruiter Position
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team of External Freelancers and support in the talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for conducting preliminary interviews and managing the candidate database.
Responsibilities:
- Active candidate search: Use various strategies and platforms to identify and attract talent.
- Interviews and candidate evaluation: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess experience and skills.
- Management of candidate database: Maintain and update information about current and potential candidates for future opportunities.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience as a recruiter.
- Knowledge of ATS (desirable).
- Experience recruiting through LinkedIn.
- Effective communication skills and ability to evaluate candidates.
- Knowledge of talent search tools and job platforms.

- Modality: Freelance, 100% Remote. Subject to result.
