Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Tele - Days

BayCare Health System is currently seeking a RN to join our outstanding and compassionate Med/Surg/Tele unit.

Position Description: RN

The Registered Nurse works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for professional accountability and development.

The registered nurse collaborates and communicates with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care

Organizes and prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others in a surgical unit

Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., Our network consists of 16 community-based hospitals, a long-term acute care facility, home health services, outpatient centers and thousands of physicians. Registered Nurse license

• 6 months RN acute care experience
• Associates Degree in Nursing

Status: Full Time, Exempt: No

Shift Hours: 6:45AM - 7:15PM

Shift: Days

Weekend Work: Every Other
