Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing when needed.
Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new hires or students, and maintain high lab quality standards.
Uphold a tidy, safe workspace and comply with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to ensure seamless collaboration with healthcare teams.
