Overview Intake Sales Manager at Gomez Law, APC
Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 annually plus bonus incentives for client signups
We are a growing real estate law firm in Los Angeles, California.
About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Intake Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you\'ll be responsible for managing our client intake process and leading a team of intake specialists to maximize conversion rates and ensure exceptional client experience from first contact. Our firm currently receives 400-800 leads per month in which we have a grading scale for priority, as well as numerous automations and workflows to assist the team in hitting their goals.
Utilize Lawmatics CRM and reporting systems to track performance metrics and optimize the intake process.
Analyze intake data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to signed client.
Generate comprehensive performance reports for leadership.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
Previous Position of management of 2 or more employees.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience with Lawmatics & Clio (or similar CRM and Case Management Tools)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Bachelor\'s degree preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional experience.
