High school diploma or GED required Previous warehouse, material handling, inventory control, or stockroom experience preferred Effective verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions Ability to obtain forklift certification and safely operate forklifts Experience operating pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment preferred Oracle and Microsoft Office experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift over 50 lbs (with assistance when needed) and work in standing, bending, squatting, and ladder-access positions for extended periods Willingness to work overtime as needed

Maintain Kanban inventory levels to support daily production needs Collect, refill, and return Kanban bins to assembly departments on a scheduled basis Pull, kit, and stage materials for production orders Assist with daily cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, motorized carts, and hand trucks to transport materials safely throughout the facility Assist with stockroom, shipping, and receiving operations as needed Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage locations Follow all safety procedures and company policies while handling materials Perform additional warehouse and inventory duties as assigned
