Pinstripes Bartenders thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing great conversations with efficient service, attention to detail, and a clean, organized bar. Bartender Requirements:

Provides memorable guest service
Work together as a cohesive team with other servers and the kitchen staff to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently
Help personalize the meal
Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service
In-depth knowledge of serving customers' needs and understanding of serving food to customers
