Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities Include:

Provide compassionate and personalized care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Collaborate with our dynamic healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications, monitor health status, and provide education to residents and families.
Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Enjoy fun activities and events that promote a positive atmosphere and enhance residents' lives.
Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
Experience in Acute care LTC or similar settings required
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
