As LTL Picker, you work as a member of a team responsible for picking items from rack bins for customer orders using a sit down or stand-up forklift. You will be responsible for the movement of material through the warehouse, there may be times that you are required to palletize and stage customer orders. You will also cross-train in additional warehouse positions as part of Ubique Group's "We Move to the Work" approach, which empowers employees to expand their knowledge and skill sets.

Additional overtime, early arrivals, or extended hours may be required based on business needs.

Pick items to match customer orders

Use of electric sit down forklift, stand up forklift, and reach truck

May require use of electric or manual pallet jack

Minimum 1 year of forklift experience

At least 1 year of experience operating a reach truck

Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete.

Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.

Climbing off on forklifts (For positions that requires that).
