Job Description Join our restorative dental practice, focusing primarily on adults and seniors, where we value treating people the way we want to be treated. We emphasize patience, quality care, and a no-sales approach within a small, supportive team environment. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will be a key contributor to maintaining our high standards and positive atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Prepare patients for dental procedures
Provide chairside assistance during restorative treatments
Perform sterilization and infection control procedures
Take dental radiographs
Educate patients about dental care and procedures
Manage dental inventory and supplies
Collaborate effectively with dental team members
Maintain strict infection control standards
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of dental assisting experience
- Completion of a dental assisting program preferred
- Active Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required
- Strong skills in patient care, infection control, and chairside assistance
- Experience in dental radiography and sterilization procedures
- Excellent teamwork, active listening, communication, and motivation
