This location willoffer medical innovations on a campus designed around whole person health with comprehensive services,destination lifestyle programs, and much more that will shape the next generation of health care.
We are proud to be a part of the growing Lake Nona community with an established comprehensive network ofcare. Our services include emergency services, urgent care, a wide range of medical specialists (including primarycare), lab, imaging, orthopedics, sports medicine and rehabilitation.
Collaborates with executive leaders to meet facility needs and leverages resources effectively.
Participates in planning for patient experience Develops and monitors project workplans to ensure timely completion.
Works with campus senior leadership to drive accountability and performance review.
Mentors leaders, physicians, and staff in best practices for patient and family experience
Demonstrates strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills, managing patient experience improvement initiatives, projects, and programs
Skilled, demonstrated experience as a nurse leader driving patient experience improvement
Knowledge of clinical and nonclinical acute hospital operations and continuum of care (connected care) pre/post-acute services
Flexibility and adaptability to change, with the ability to function in a highly independent manner due to remote location from central headquarters
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interface effectively with physicians, nursing, non-clinical, and executive leadership
Exhibits excellent complex analytical, and change management skills
Strong knowledge of Patient Experience best practices, and how to best integrate with clinical care
Solid knowledge of CMS CAHPS requirements, statistical concepts, and the survey process
Expertise in effective methods of education and adult learning practices
Ability to lead, organize, and work on multiple initiatives/projects without compromising work
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Lean or Six Sigma application knowledge [Preferred]
Bachelor's [Required]
Field of Study: in nursing , healthcare, business or related field
Work Experience: 5+ relevant experience [Required]
Licenses and Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
