Custodian Job Summary: A section 8 housing community is looking for a custodian to help with cleaning apartments and maintaining the cleanliness of grounds and buildings.

Custodian Requirements:

Cleans and sanitizes office buildings, bathrooms, hallways, community rooms, laundry facilities and community room kitchens, and vacant units
Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors using brooms, wet mops, scrapers and/or heavy-powered scrubbers and buffers
May assist maintenance in preventive maintenance tasks
Removes snow and ice from sidewalks and entrances
Help with evictions; including moving furniture and doing apartment turns
1st Shift 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
~$Custodian Requirements Qualifications:
~ Skilled in the use of various building and ground maintenance tools and equipment as appropriate (lawn mower, edger, buffer, vacuum cleaner, etc.)
