Personal Care & Comfort: Foster a respectful healing environment by assisting patients with essential personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) to ensure comfort and dignity.
Safety & Mobility Assistance: Enhance patient recovery and safety by aiding with careful movement, positioning, and transfers as directed by the clinical team.
Serve as a vital observer for nursing staff by promptly identifying and reporting any changes in a patient's physical, mental, or emotional condition.
Maintain accurate clinical records of care activities while ensuring patient rooms remain orderly and medical equipment is functional and ready for use.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
