Bookkeeper - Hourly

The Bookkeeper will act as a point of contact between the different parts of the Accounting Department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and external parties, such as vendors and clients. You will handle bookkeeping and assist in preparing audits and resolving discrepancies. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $25 to $30 per hour.
Job Description:
Enter bills and vendor invoices in QuickBooks
Process weekly vendor payment check runs
Process Client credit card payments
Enter new clients, client payments, job numbers, and new vendors into QuickBooks
Process vendor credit applications
Prepare for quarterly commission
Reconciling monthly bank statements and credit card Statements
Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts

Requirements:
High-level QuickBooks experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
