Senior Social Media Content Creator

Partner with cross functional teams to ensure content is accurate and aligned to marketing and business strategies and relevant for our customers across their buying journeys. Inform content direction utilizing testing, search engine optimization, content trends and consumer behavior to influence content direction.

Drive content and asset development (strategy, brief and delivery) across all touchpoints including earned, paid media, email, social media and owned and partner websites and marketplaces. Hands‑on content development including writing, editing, and executing various forms of content across all channels.

Own: Own the end‑to‑end merchandising and content calendar, establishing production timelines for content creation and delivery. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of available visual and copy assets and direct their placement and execution across channels, including but not limited to blog, social, and emerging content platforms—while guiding and approving work from internal teams and external partners.

Lead: Provide guidance on which channels to use for content delivery and measure customer engagement to assess the effectiveness of the content strategy. Evolve current brand direction and set clear guidelines for voice, tone and messaging.

Collaborate: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish content calendars, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence that builds authority in science and style.

Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from four‑year college or university; or four years’ related experience and/or training; Five plus years’ experience in managing marketing and brand initiatives in CPG, D2C or retail environment.

Previous experience and familiarity working with influencers and external content creators, including contracting, supervising, and evaluating content work.
