Warehouse Supervisor – Lancaster , TX
Supervise the day to day operations of the warehouse department, including administrative and clerical functions, to ensure efficient operations and a safe working environment .
Ensure timely receiving, picking, and dispatch of goods while maintaining food safety and quality standards
Monitor productivity, safety, sanitation, and product integrity across all warehouse processes
Communicate clearly and regularly with your team, set expectations and keeping operations aligned
Track KPIs, complete reports (logs, timecards, damage, productivity), and act based on the data
Plan labor and equipment need to meet dynamic operational demands
Work collaboratively across teams to support performance, safety, and customer satisfaction
3–6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including team supervision

• AA degree preferred (vocational/technical accepted), forklift instructor certification a plus
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practices
• Proficiency in computer systems and reporting (barcoding, warehouse systems, timekeeping)
• Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7 operation with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency

Full-time, on-site supervisory role in a temperature-controlled warehouse
Supports a 24/7 operation with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Leads a large-scale warehouse team focused on safety, reliability, and service
Salary: $63,000- $70,000 per year plus bonuses
