CNC Programmers - Manufacturing

CNC Machinist (3rd Shift)
A Canton, Ohio area manufacturing company seeks to hire experienced CNC Machinists who are capable of setting-up, programming / editing, and operating various CNC Lathes & Milling Machines.
Responsibilities:
Set-up and operate various CNC Lathes and Milling Machines.
Perform CNC programming and on-site editing (G-Code) to ensure parts meet specifications.
Inspect finished components using micrometers (inside/outside/depth), calipers (dial/digital), indicators (thousands/tenths), and profilometers.
Read and interpret blueprints, hand sketches, and schematics utilizing GD&T standards
Load materials and perform necessary tooling changes to maintain production flow
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. Additional Vocational, Technical, or Trade School certification in CNC Machining is highly preferred
Minimum of (2) years of experience on finishing lathes AND (2) years of experience on milling machines
OEM-specific certifications (e.g., Haas, Mazak, and/or Fuji
Proficiency in reading G-Code and fundamental knowledge of CAD/CAM software
Experience programming and editing Lathe CAM programs
Strong math skills (specifically converting decimals to fractions)
Strong documentation skills and the ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions
