PrideStaff, a nationally recognized staffing firm, is seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Welder/Fabricator for a premier, high-quality specialized manufacturing facility in the local area. This is a fantastic Temp-to-Hire opportunity to join a stable team that values quality craftsmanship and a strong work ethic.

Reports To: Welding Supervisor
The Industrial Welder/Fabricator is responsible for fitting and welding non-pressure piping systems within a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical blueprints skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting strict quality and safety standards.
Interpret drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to accurately determine weld placement and specifications.
Ensure all welds meet strict quality standards; Maintain assigned welding equipment, machinery, and workspace to ensure a safe, efficient environment.
Strictly adhere to all company safety protocols and protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
5+ years of dedicated welding experience in a manufacturing facility.
