Customer Experience Concierge (Full-Time)

Concierge Position at Claiborne Senior Living

Claiborne Senior Living is hiring a concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our senior living community. In this role, you will create a warm, professional, and responsive front desk experience for residents, families, guests, and team members.

What You'll Do

Greet residents, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism

Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously

Manage the front desk and maintain an organized, welcoming workspace

Coordinate transportation requests for residents

Assist with event coordination and community activities as needed

Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Maintain knowledge of community services, amenities, and policies

Manage packages and deliveries

Support leadership with administrative tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare, hospitality, or senior living preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presence and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
