Receptionist
Answers the phones in a prompt, pleasant and courteous manner. Helps with miscellaneous projects for the accounting departments data entry, indexing, and check coding, document organization.
Office supply inventory and ordering as well as stocking conference room and media room with need supplies
Maintains and updates phone lists, extension listings, etc.
Minimum 2 years prior Receptionist experience.
Knowledge of Windows based software (Excel, Word,) and any e-mail system.
Ability to operate multiple phone line system.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
