Senior Vice President specializing in identifying top talent via MSP, RPO and Contingency Staffing for Companies in eCommerce, Food/Beverage, and… Our client, a wellness brand, is looking to hire a Corporate Recruiter to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). This is a temporary role that is slated until the end of February. The role requires a deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, a proactive approach to workforce planning, and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Build relationships with hiring managers, advising on hiring strategies, workforce planning, and organizational design tailored to business needs
Recruit across a variety of corporate functions, including finance, accounting, marketing, product development, and technology, adapting quickly to new and evolving pipelines
Stay up to date on industry best practices, tools, and trends in recruiting and DEI, continuously driving improvements across recruiting operations
Provide immigration and visa guidance and support international hiring efforts, bringing experience in navigating global recruitment processes
Represent the company at recruiting events, conferences, and networking functions to help build a strong pipeline of talent and strengthen brand awareness
Foster relationships with key institutions and pipeline organizations to maintain a strong network of future candidates
A blend of in-house and agency recruiting experience is strongly preferred
Creative thinker who brings new ideas to sourcing and candidate engagement strategies
Experience supporting immigration/visa processes and international recruitment efforts
