Job Description Licensed Therapist (LMHC / LCSW)
At Visiting Wellness , we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our growing team. Our mission is to provide high-quality behavioral health services in the comfort of patients' homes and within their communities.
Visiting Wellness , a provider of home-based behavioral health services, is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to pediatric and adolescent patients in Brooklyn, NY 11208 .
As a Licensed Therapist, you will conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and caregiver counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
- Provide individual, family, and caregiver counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Trauma-Informed Care, and other evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, social workers, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and continuing education opportunities.
- Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Active New York State LMHC or LCSW license in good standing.
- Experience providing therapy services to children and adolescents preferred.
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, or Independent Contractor
